Use it:

How to use:
HOT: Heat in the microwave for 1–2 minutes and shake the contents to distribute the temperature evenly. Reheat if needed.
COLD: Place in a plastic bag and leave in the freezer for 1–2 hours.
Important: Do not moisten the contents, as the seeds may sprout. You may add a few drops of Tiedra de Lavanda pure essential oil to enhance the aromatic effect.
