En el municipio, de menos de trescientos habitantes, cada rama de este cultivo representa el impulso econ\u00f3mico de unos emprendedores que apuestan por el medio rural. El turismo que genera no es solo cuesti\u00f3n de fotos bonitas, son caf\u00e9s que se sirven, gu\u00edas que trabajan, restaurantes que llenan sus mesas y peque\u00f1os negocios \u00abque viven de
